Requesting a Donation

Any organization seeking a charitable contribution from CVR Energy must complete the Charitable Giving Request Form linked below. The requestor must fill out ALL forms and provide ALL required documentation to CorporateAffairs@CVREnergy.com before a donation will be considered. Please note that charitable giving requests are processed on a quarterly basis and require no less than 60 days’ notice.
